FourSquare is a cool app/system. It gives users personalized recommendations of places to go using a user's current location based on their previous browsing history, purchases, or check-in history. So it basically tries to anticipate what you may like or where you may want to go.

Although it is somewhat a review service, it is more a check in and doesn't really rate by 1 - 5 stars. It is more of a like or would you recommend.
